The FASERFIX BIG BL channels used (Polish product variant of the FASERFIX BIG BLS) with KTL (cathodic dip coating) coated ductile iron gratings are resistant to coastal weathering and sea salt.

The 145-metre high modern building situated at the Westend district of Frankfrut am Main, comprises of 45 floors, four of which are below the ground level. HAURATON’s DACHFIX STEEL channel with a longitudinal bar grating, meets the high visual demands and technical requirements for façade drainage. The 4.3 km long race track in Zandvoort is known for its special track character with many hills and sharp curves.
To meet the high standards and regulations of the FIA (Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile), the RECYFIX HICAP T drainage system and FASERFIX SUPER channels for cable routing in the pit lane were chosen.

The Alfredo V Bonfil underpass is one of the busiest accesses to the city of Cancún. Due to its dimensions and the enormous daily load caused by the large number of vehicles driving over it, the previous system was replaced by the HAURATON drainage system RECYFIX TRAFFIC GUGIBLOC.

The ZDF Fernsehgarten was structurally redesigned. HAURATON participated with channels for the project "ZDF pool stage 2020". Cables and lines are now temporarily laid in SERVICE CHANNELS FASERFIX SUPER during events and television productions.

For football tournaments such as the AFC Asian Cup and other TV events, the Al-Maktoum Stadium in Dubai requires above all flexibility in cable routing and drainage. In Bühl in southern Germany, the existing hard pitch was modernised and converted into the city's first artificial turf pitch. Environmental compatibility and sustainability were the main focus of this project. Therefore, not only cork was used as infill material, but also the award-winning SPORTFIX CLEAN filter system was installed around the sports field.

The project in the Czech Republic was originally planned to install polymer concrete channels with mesh gratings. Due to the curvy road surface and the intermittent steep gradient of the track, however, this type of channel proved to be unsuitable as cutting and paving in the curved areas would be very complicated. As the adaptations with recycled composite channels are much easier to implement, the RECYFIX MONOTEC 100 presented itself as the perfect solution for the Polygon driving safety centre in Brno.

The HAURATON SERVICE CHANNEL was installed in the harbour area and at the foot and driveways to the piers. The solution for the underground routing of supply and information cables is impressive with its practical cable outlet opening. The wide range of different load classes was also a decisive factor in this project.

International and prestigious: the new Frankfurt School of Finance & Management campus. How could HAURATON set itself apart from the competition with its drainage solution for this impressive new building? Clearly, RECYFIX PLUS performance was decisive.

Municipally owned and situated on the south side of the River Wear, the latest wharf facilities at Port Sunderland now allow for multi-materials handling. Designed to resist the rigours of site work, 180 metres of RECYFIX HICAP 8000 high capacity channels, with a total water volume of 30,852 litres, were installed.

The Experimenta building symbolises the joy of experimentation, knowledge and innovation. For the new buidling the demand was for both efficient and attractive products that highlight the overall design, even in the smallest details. Therefore FASERFIX KS channels with black gratings characterise the appearance of Experimenta. Along the façades, channels were used to drain these large areas. Here, too, everything was black-coated to complement the black-mirrored façade. In addition, radial channels and corners with different angles and levels were realised.

The racetrack in Argentina has become a success story. Julieta Gabri from HAURATON Spain integrated further technical support and expertise from Ingo Lauk and Werner Gal - the top experts for speed circuits from the HAURATON Project Management team. Due to the time pressure, logistics was one of the key points. Once the products were delivered on site, Rainer Schaible, Technical Support Export and Julieta Gabri travelled to Argentina for the technical supervision of the installation. 

The SERVICE CHANNEL FASERFIX SUPER is the perfect solution for the installation and routing of supply and information cables. Heavy vehicles can drive over them without any issues, even fork lift trucks. RULMECA decided to use the SERVICE CHANNELS because of their easy installation, the avoidance of stumbling blocks and consequently the reduction of risk during production.

The new Aldgate Square has already won awards, including the 2018 National Urban Design Award. Bubbling water, numerous benches and spacious green and open spaces give life to the site and provide space for people to meet. A fountain in the public space also serves as a drainage system. HAURATON created numerous tailor-made solutions for Aldgate Square and more than fulfilled the particularly high demands placed on materials, design, technology and hydraulic systems.

The high capacity channel system RECYFIX MONOTEC drains the extensive car park at Skypark in Exeter, in the Southwestern part of the United Kingdom. The drainage system is specially made for traffic, parking and commercial areas. Installed in landscaped grounds, it includes numerous car parks requiring effective surface water drainage.

There's a first time for everything. In March 2017 after an event in Rastatt highlighting SPORTFIX drainage products, Roberto Sanchez from T3 Global Projects made it possible to install HAURATON products for the first time in American soil. "University of Louisiana Stadium" to be exact. Many challenges, including packaging regulations and temperature conditions, had to be mastered by the Export and Technical Support departments in order to make it happen.

Narrow but clearly marked inlet slots of RECYFIX HICAP channels constitute an inherent element of their surroundings. Initially, standard height design was chosen, but due to limited space of the installation area HAURATON Poland suggested some modification. The system complies with the parameters concerning fast drainage as well as big retention of rainwater.

The entire reconstruction of the drainage system was overseen by HAURATON from the sketches and specifications to the selection of the appropriate SPORTFIX product range with channels, sand traps, soft kerbs, ditches and water jump kits, right through to delivery and expert, timely installation in various zones of the huge sports complex.

A special track for roller-skating sports in Wrocław Park Tysiąclecia was an investment conducted in connection with the 10th World Games 2017 in Wrocław. The aim was to create a facility in accordance with the guidelines and recommendations of international roller-skating organisations. Due to the specificity of the development and elliptical arrangement, Michał Linke - Key Project Manager offered the usage of RECYFIX HICAP F channels in three channel widths.

The container terminal of Segrate, Milan is the main interchange node between road and rail in Milan’s productive system. It is directly connected to the East Bypass of Milan and provides daily service to Belgium, Germany and South Italy. In order to provide maximum security, it was also necessary to install a suitable system for the collection and disposal of rainwater to be placed in the central point of the lane that is approximately 17m wide and 645m long.

The Terminal. The heart of any airport and at the same time a central place that passengers use, perceive and remember for its architecture. Bright and friendly, obstacle-free and with digital information panels, the area at Terminal 1 welcomes passengers. When it came to drainage solutions, engineering office Klein und Holzmann mbH from Dreieich sought out particularly high-quality channels.

The headquarters of the Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra was established in the former Katowice coal mine and is a part of the urban "axis of culture". The shape of the building and its surrounding required a special approach to the drainage of the area. Chosen products needed to emphasise the architectural qualities of the building and its surroundings while fulfilling their functional role.

"The Wave" is the name of an area in the city centre of Frankfurt. The names says it all - straight lines are nowhere to be found. Radial, curved and fluent - the architecture of the site in Frankfurt can be explained this way and HAURATON adapted the drainage concept to the extraordinary open area of the office complex.
